What We Delete
After verification, we will delete or disconnect stored 77ads data associated with the request, including stored connection records and locally retained advertising data where applicable.
What We Cannot Delete
We cannot delete data held independently by Meta, advertising platforms, payment processors or other services. To manage data held by Meta, use your Meta account and business settings.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law, fraud prevention, security review or legitimate business record obligations.
